At approximately 9:26 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team. -Created a new report called Refund Reasons. This report is intended to provide a breakdown of refunded items during a date range, separated by the refund reason selected. This report will only display refund reason information for refunds placed after April 2nd, 2020. Returns placed prior to April 2nd, 2020 will display as “No Reason” on this report. -Added the ability to select all reservations from the Reservations by Date/Date Range reports for bulk cancellation. -Improved the Specialist dropdown when creating/editing an Open Line Item type to include the commission percentage entered for that specialist to make it easier to tell what level of commission the line item will carry when sold. -Adjusted the iDogCams webcam link on the customer portal so that this window cannot be bookmarked or saved by customers for later viewing outside the customer portal. This change was made specifically to prevent pet parents who had bookmarked webcam links from viewing them when their pets were not checked in at facilities that require it. -Added a column for Cancellation Revenue Loss to the Cancellations by Date Range report to track the estimated revenue lost when a reservation is cancelled. Revenue is equivalent to the estimated charges associated with the pet’s reservation listed on their estimated invoice prior to cancellation. This value of cancellation revenue is something that we will only begin storing in your apps after the release of this feature, so you should only expect to see data in this column on the report for reservations cancelled after April 8th, 2020! -Added an Additional Service setting to remember the duration of a service for a pet. If the “Remember last duration?” setting is enabled from Admin » Reservation Types and Services Configuration on a scheduled service, the system will remember the input service duration for the pet for their next service.

At approximately 9:30 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team. -Added the Specialists’ name on the Dashboard and Facility Calendar Details pages next to the additional service that they are assigned to so that staff can easily see which specialist the service is for. This will now show in any of the places in the app that use this component (ex. the Print Checkins report found on the calendar details page and the Reservations by Date/Date Range reports.) -Added the ability to “un-complete” a service that has been completed. This can be done from the dashboard, edit service window, appointment card, and services by date report for any services that have not yet been checked out. The service completion checkmark is now a checkbox and can be checked or unchecked by users. -Resolved an issue where a new invoice would be created for a reservation created prior to August 2019 if the user tried to view the receipt for it’s deposit. This will now properly redirect the user to just the deposit receipt. -Resolved an issue with the Sales Commission report where retail items added to the shopping cart but not checked out would display on the report even though they did not belong to a completed invoice. -Improved the Left-hand Navigation: Reservations Icon » Deposits page to add a check to see if a deposit in the list has already been paid, preventing the user from paying the same deposit twice. -Resolved an issue with exporting the View all Reservations report that prevented the page from exporting data for apps with a large number of reservations -Resolved an issue where users would experience endless load times on the Facility Calendar caused by the system recording null slots amounts for an appointment when merging duplicate animal records -Resolved a display issue where multiple pets sharing the same lodging for a reservation would not display the combined weight/number of animals for the lodging when viewing this from the View Reservation Details page -Added the ability to change a reservations’ cancellation reason using v2 owner details page format -Resolved an issue that was preventing a Return Reason from actually being stored in the database when processing a refund. Return reasons will now be stored for refunds placed after April 2nd, 2020. -Resolved an issue that would allow a pet parent to buy a retail item that is out of stock on the customer portal. There is now a Retail Item setting (found in Admin » Retail) that can optionally allow this to be overridden if the item isn’t stock dependent (ex. training programs, giftcards). This setting was delivered to all apps as disabled for all retail items, so upon release, any retail items in your inventory where the stock amount entered in Gingr is NULL, 0, or negative will not display on the customer portal for sale.

At approximately 9:26 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team. -Improved the reservation cancellation workflow to prompt the user to handle the reservations’ deposit if it was paid. This will allow the user to quickly forfeit or refund the deposit at the same time of cancellation. -Improved the Cancellations by Date report to update the Debit Account option found on the report. This allows you to easily charge a customizable amount for cancelled reservations. -Improved the app to use the Location timezone when creating reservations or appointments instead of the users’ current time. This improvement allows apps with multiple locations in different time zones to have more accuracy when their staff makes reservations and appointments from different time zones. -Implemented a stored cart to allow users to retrieve carts started on one device on another without losing your place. -Improved the Future Revenue Estimator report so that it can be run for date ranges up to 90 days. We improved the display of the report as well made some backend adjustments to improve how the report pulls estimate data. Additionally, we added the ability to refresh invoice data if system configuration (pricing rules, rates, etc) has been adjusted for future invoices. -Improved the Open Invoices page to allow for location filtering. By default, the View Open Invoices page will show open invoices for your current location, giving you the option to view other location(s) invoices. -Added a business-only opt in/out toggle on the Owner Details page for businesses to opt specific customers in or out of accumulating rewards points. -Improved the payment modal to automatically adjust the Store Credit payment amount to the amount available to use on the account -Added a # of Items count to the Account Codes section of the Revenue by Date and End of Day reports -Resolved an issue with the Commission report where the Total Revenue Summary section did not correctly factor in refunded service options -Resolved an issue that prevented the Same Day Cancellations report from being exported to excel. -Improved the Open Invoices page to hide the “View on Map” button from the page if the app does not have a Google API Key entered. -Added the invoice ID to the browser tab to allow users to easily see which invoice they are reviewing when they have multiple tabs open. -Resolved an issue with the Tips report where the PDF and Export options would not pull data if the report was run prior to 8/1/2019. -Improved the invoice display to better organize the data and display the information that users have let us know means the most. -Resolved an issue with the Apply Payment button on the View Invoice page of the customer portal that was preventing it from working with certain setting configurations -Adjusted the SMS Marketing usage flow to more accurately display the current billing cycles’ data -Resolved an issue with bulk reservation cancellation from the Reservations by Date Range report that would cause cancellation emails not to be sent to owners

If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team. -Resolved an issue that would allow a slot-based appointment to be booked with 0 slots, which would cause endless load times on the facility calendar -Laid the groundwork in the app to allow the use of Clover devices to process credit card transactions -Resolved a rounding issue with sales tax and refunds that would cause the refund display to show that less tax was refunded than what was actually returned -Updated the signup process for the Broadly integration on the Admin » Manage Gingr Subscription page -Improved the Reservation by Date and Reservation by Date Range reports to include the option to cancel reservations in bulk -Implemented a curbside pickup feature that will allow pet parents to text “Here” in response to your facilities’ SMS communication that will highlight their reservation in yellow on the dashboard. Tip: Pet parents can reply to any automated or 2-way SMS with HERE to use this feature. To get the most out of this feature, try editing SMS templates like the Ready for Pickup SMS template to include information for your customers about “...reply with HERE when you're here and we will come to meet you outside.” -Implemented a new “Customer Arrival” notification that prompts to alert you when a customer has responded to an SMS with HERE. These can be viewed from the bell icon in the top navigation bar. This notification can be enabled from Left-hand Navigation: Reports and More » Groups » Notification: Customer Arrival.

At approximately 9:31 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team. - Resolved an issue where adding all pets from a family to the shopping cart from the dashboard and then clicking to go to the cart immediately before receiving all of the pets’ individual “success” messages would cause not all of the pets to be added to the cart. Now, the cart icon on the Top Navigation Menu will only activate once all of the reservations have been successfully added to the cart.
 - Resolved an issue that would occur if a service option was added to an appointment-based service from the Appointment Card after the appointment was created that would cause the service option to not be allocated to the appropriate specialist. This would cause the unallocated value of that service option to be allocated to the General Staff when running the Tips report under certain tip split conditions. Now, all service options will be properly assigned to the specialist when added from the Appointment Card.
 - Resolved an issue where, in specific multi-location apps, reservation requests for multiple pets could skip the “Pending Acceptance” reservation status and become “Confirmed” without a staff member’s input.
 - Improved the process for applying package credits towards additional services when the system-wide setting “Allow packages greater value” was set to off. Now, when you go to apply a greater-value package credit to a lesser-value service, the credit value will only be deducted up to the value of the service when that setting is disabled.
 - Resolved an issue where viewing an invoice that was created prior to setting up Reward Point Tiers in your application would generate historical reward points for the owner. This only occurred when users first set up reward point tiers in their app.
 - Improved global search performance in cases where a user would search for a pet parent account that contained over 700 pets and could cause a database slowdown.
