Isolated SMS Deliverability Issues

We are continuing to work with our messaging provider, Twilio, to finalize the required toll-free number verification for a small number of remaining Gingr customers. We will provide an additional update once this has been fully completed.

We are working with our messaging provider, Twilio, to complete the required toll-free number verification for the remaining affected Gingr customers. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

It has been identified that isolated Gingr customers are experiencing non-deliverability with SMS messages due to pending toll-free number verification through our messaging provider, Twilio. Approximately 25% of Gingr customers are impacted and we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Outgoing Email Log Not Displaying Email Status

Our development team is continuing to investigate the cause of this issue. Due to the upcoming holidays, there are limited release windows for system updates as we want to ensure product stability through the busy holiday season. Therefore, the timeline for a fix to be released is anticipated to be sometime in January. We will provide additional updates once a specific release date has been identified. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We are currently investigating an issue where the email status toggles on the Outgoing Email Log are not functioning properly to reflect the status of sent emails. Outgoing emails themselves are not affected and are sending correctly, however the status toggles are not updating. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

Some Pet Parents Unable to View Report Cards on Mobile Apple Devices

We've received reports of some pet parents getting a blank screen when trying to view a report card on a mobile device. This is occurring in the Gingr for Pet Parents mobile app as well as the Google Chrome browser for clients using a mobile Apple device when Customer Portal 2.0 is enabled. The recommended workaround is for Apple users to view report cards using the Safari browser, or view them on a PC/Mac. This issue does not appear to be impacting Android devices or the legacy customer portal. Our developers are investigating and we will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
