Gingr Payments Dashboard Display Issue

We have identified an issue affecting the Gingr Payments Dashboard where the Payouts tab may display an incorrect Estimated Arrival Date and payout status.

This is a display-only issue; actual payouts are processing under the expected timeline.

Please note that there is a separate incident on this Status page where some US merchants may have a payout delay on 11/5/25.

Our development team is working towards a fix and will provide an update once more information is available.

[Resolved] Delays in Stripe Gingr Payments Payouts (U.S. Merchants)

We are aware of an issue causing delays in payouts for some U.S. merchants using Gingr Payments. Our payment processor, Stripe, has identified a problem affecting a subset of connected accounts.

As a result, affected payouts are expected to be delayed by approximately one business day. Our teams are monitoring the situation closely and are in contact with Stripe as they work to resolve the issue.

Please note that a separate incident will be posted on this page describing a display error on the Gingr Payments Dashboard.

At this time, no action is required from your side, and funds are expected to arrive in linked bank accounts.

We’ll provide an update as soon as more information is available.

This issue has been resolved. All payouts have been successfully processed as expected. If you are still experiencing any issues, please contact our Support team for assistance.
