Gingr App - Notice history

We have scheduled infrastructure maintenance on Wednesday, September 16, from 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM ET. During this maintenance window, Gingr may experience brief periods of downtime when users will be unable to log in or access the system. We do not expect Gingr to be unavailable for the full four-hour window. API solutions, such as Gingr API, Partner API, and Public API may experience brief disruptions in the same time frame To minimize disruption, we recommend completing any time-sensitive work, such as check-ins, payments, or reports, before 11:00 PM ET. This work is a backend infrastructure upgrade and does not include changes to your database structure or data. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know if you have any questions.
