Our development team has implemented a fix and we are seeing improvement in impacted Gingr apps. We will be monitoring closely to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

At approximately 8:35am MDT we began receiving reports that some Gingr customers are unable to access their applications. Our development team is currently investigating to resolve the outage as quickly as possible. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
