At approximately 9:16 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items. If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

  • Code library conversions.

  • Fixed an issue where users had to click the blank space on the “Book Appointment” button for a slot based service to get it to save.

  • Fixed an issue where deleting one of the multiple services from the Add/Edit Reservation pages would show that a different service was deleted in the display, causing confusion as to what was deleted.

  • Fixed an issue where deleting the only service on a reservation may still show the service on the edit reservation page even though it was successfully deleted.

  • Fixed an issue where the option to view pets booked in an appointment time slot would show the animals’ names on the Customer Portal instead of just the business side.

  • Fixed an issue that would cause icons on the dashboard to change color temporarily if an icon was removed from another pet.

  • Fixed an issue with the Reservation Form where fields configured to be required for a group class reservation type would not properly display during the group class registration process.

  • Fixed an issue with the Edit Reservation and Edit Service pop up windows that would periodically cause the pop up not to fully render the first time it was attempted.

  • Improved an incorrect error message on the Customer Portal if the facility is configured to require that a pet be checked in to the facility to view iDogCam public cameras.

  • Fixed an issue where accepting multiple reservation requests for a pet parent would not immediately update the reservation count on the dashboard in the Requested tab.

  • Fixed an issue with Service Options configured with the “Auto Charge Last Time” setting enabled that would cause an estimate invoice to not display the remembered price.

  • Fixed an issue that could allow a pet parent to cancel a reservation inside the cancellation window if they created an overlapping reservation on the date in question and canceled the existing reservation via the conflicting reservation error message.

  • Fixed an issue that could allow a user to purchase a negative amount of store credit to an owner’s account if they bypassed the error message.

  • Fixed an issue with the Unread Notifications email template sent to staff included the incorrect Gingr Support Article link.

  • Fixed an issue with service frequencies that would cause services to be booked on the incorrect interval if more than one service was booked and different frequencies were chosen between services.

  • Fixed a display issue with two way SMS on Mozilla Firefox that would cause the user not to be able to access the text input box.

  • Fixed a display issue with the Tips report when generated for dates prior to 8/1/2019.

  • Fixed an issue with the Total Cost calculation on the Reservation Edited Email template that could cause the incorrect invoice total to be included in the email depending on the type of edit made to a reservation.

  • Fixed an issue with the View All Reservations and Future Reservations List pages that would cause sorting by the “Waitlisted” status to return improper results.

  • Fixed a formatting issue with the exported version of the Tips report that misaligned the columns.

  • Fixed an issue with the Leads report export that would cause issues with the data exported if a lead had special characters in the body of the message.

  • Fixed an issue with the New Reservation page with lodging auto-selection and multiple pets that could result in an overbooked lodging if there was only one lodging available.

  • Fixed an issue with Default Services that would not allow a manually-deleted default service to be deleted on a reservation successfully.

  • Fixed an issue with drag and drop lodging selection on the Lodging Calendar that would not prompt the user to change all dates of the reservation if those dates were not visible on the calendar.

  • Fixed a display issue with the Revenue by Date report where Packages that were sold with a 100% coupon applied would not display on the report properly.

  • Added a 2-way SMS conversations counter to the conversations window and made an adjustment to the conditions in which the “Load More” button appears on the conversations list so that it only displays if there are at least 25 conversations present.

  • Fixed an issue where using Quick Check-In for a pet with custom icons would not immediately show those custom icons on the dashboard, requiring the user to refresh the page to see the icons.

  • Fixed an issue with “Check-In Before” or “Check In Before (Hours of Operation)” type pricing rules that would cause rules to run outside of the configured times.

  • Moved resource-heavy queries to read-only databases to improve app performance.
