Issue:
Our teams have identified an issue with editing the check-out date once a reservation is added to the shopping cart. When editing the check-out date to the day prior, the check-out date and charges are not updated.
Example:
Howard was supposed to check-out yesterday (1/30) but was not and is placed in the shopping cart today (1/31). When editing the check-out date to yesterday the date is not accurately updated and the charges are not adjusted. This would result in over-charging the customer.
Solution: Our teams are actively working on a solution for this issue and in the meantime, we recommend that a coupon or open line item is used to negate the overcharge amount.
