At approximately 9:26 pm MDT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

  • Fixed an issue where items assigned to multiple customers could exist in the shopping cart at the same time.

  • Added styling to store credit, open invoice balance, and owner name titles in the cart to make them more prominent.

  • Made a change so that store credit, when available, will show at the top of the payment method list when using it as a payment method and added the available credit amount to the payment method description.

  • Added protection to the “add payment method” button in the shopping cart to help prevent invoices from having incorrect payments.

  • Fixed an issue where, when trying to use more store credit than available, and also using a card on file to process a split payment, the customer could be overcharged.

  • Made a change so that owners can only be assigned from the shopping cart to streamline and simplify the owner assignment process.

  • Fixed an issue that would allow the user to add the same invoice balance to the cart multiple times, putting the customer at risk of being overcharged.

  • Added protection to the shopping cart to lock the cart to the assigned owner once store credit is added to the cart, requiring the cart to be cleared in order to change the owner to prevent incorrect charges.

  • Fixed an issue where the tips report would show sections for “Non-Credit Card Tips” and “Credit Card Tips” instead of “Invoice Line Item Tips”.

  • Fixed a formatting issue with the tips report PDF which would cause some information to be cut off.

  • Adjusted the verbiage of the “back” and “cancel” buttons in the shopping cart workflow to make navigation more straightforward.

  • Added protection to the shopping cart to check if a purchase requires an owner to be assigned before payments can be applied.

  • Fixed an issue where the sales tax report would not include detailed tax information.

  • Fixed an issue where the user could add an open line item tip to the cart without payment which could cause that unpaid tip to show as an estimate on the tips report.

  • Fixed an issue with group permissions where a user could access the end of day report for the current date if the “can view end of day report” user permission was disabled for that user’s account.
