Description: For packages purchased prior to 8/1 and have at least 1 credit used towards a reservation or service, the auto-calculation is calculating the refund amount based on the number of credits redeemed, not the number of credits remaining. This does not impact packages sold after 8/1.
Example: A customer wants a refund for a 10-credit package that they purchased in June for $100. Since the purchase of the package, the customer has redeemed 2 of the 10 package credits. The customer will receive an adjusted refund to account for the number of credits they have used. When selecting the package to refund, the amount that Gingr pre-populated for the refund amount is $20 instead of $80. The customer should receive $80 because there are still 8 package credits remaining on the $100 package.
