On 11/26/2019, our development team released an improvement to the package credit history pop-up window on the owner's details pages. At this time, this issue is resolved. If you have questions about package credits, then reach out to our support team.

Description: In some cases, the package credit history "pop-up window" that is accessed from the customer's profile will show fewer package credits remaining in the redemption history than what is shown on the customer's profile itself. The number on the customer's profile is correct.

Example: When reviewing the package credit redemption history for a client of mine, I notice in the "pop-up window" for the package's history that the "# Remaining" doesn't match what is shown on the customer's profile. I notice that the number remaining on the package is actually correct, though the history seems ton skip around and sometimes deduct 2 credits in one visit and then it will "catch up" on the next use.
