Description: We have received reports that some slot-based additional service prices are showing appropriately in the cart but once payment is collected the price of the service converts to $0.00 and leaves the invoice open with an overpaid amount. This issue occurs after customers are being charged for the correct amount. All reported cases are within the date range of 10/30 - 10/31. While the invoice and revenue report shows the line items at a $0.00 value, the commission report is accurately reporting the commission owed to specialists. Our team has identified the source of the issue. These invoices can be found from the left-hand navigation: Point of Sale > View Open Invoices and will appear as overpaid. If you have an impacted invoice, then please reach out to our support team to have it adjusted.
Example: I have sporadically noticed that some slot-based appointments are showing as open invoices and, when I view the invoice, I can see that the service prices are showing 00.00. The invoice also displays as overpaid by the exact cost of the services that are now 00.00. When looking at my commission report and reservation details pages, I can see the service price displays correctly.
