The CardConnect CardPointe, Bolt and CoPilot platforms experienced intermittent connectivity issues yesterday evening starting at approximately 5:20 p.m. ET and ending at 8:20 p.m. ET.
While service has been restored, certain merchants may experience funding delays for transactions processed yesterday (November 4). Funds will be deposited normally after a 24-hour delay.
CardConnect has identified the root cause of yesterday's service outage and have enabled additional protocols as a safeguard.
Transactions are processing normally once again as of 6:16 PM Mountain (8:16 PM Eastern). Gingr is continuing to monitor and will post another update in 15 minutes.
At this time, the issue is ongoing. Card Connect is continuing to investigate. Additional updates here as they become available.

Gingr's monitoring shows no errors with the CardConnect API (Bolt and Gateway) since 4:03 PM Mountain (6:03 PM Eastern). CardConnect has not yet updated their status page with final confirmation of resolution. Gingr will continue to monitor and will post a final update once CardConnect officially resolves the issue on their end.
All transactions appear to be processing normally at this time, including the Bolt platform. Card processing errors ceased at 4:03 PM Mountain (6:03 PM Eastern). Gingr continues to monitor the situation and will post another update in 15 minutes or when additional information becomes available.
Our monitoring shows that CardConnect is beginning to recover from this issue. At this time we are seeing cards charging successfully, though there may be lingering issues with the Bolt platform. We are continuing to monitor and will post another update in 5 minutes.
