At approximately 9:55 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

  • Added a new “payment receipt” option to view payments by payment event in addition to invoices paid.

  • Added a “Store Credit History” section to the owner details page to view a list of events for store credit buys and consumptions.

  • Added a total payment amount transaction to an invoice payment if a portion of a payment was allocated to an invoice.

  • Fixed an issue that would create an overpaid invoice if multiple pets in a family checked out at different times and there was one deposit per family paid.

  • Fixed an issue where the cart would clear out if redeeming loyalty reward points.

  • Fixed an issue where credit card signatures were being stored in Card Connect, but not Gingr.

  • Fixed an issue where a group class enrollment request from the customer portal for multiple pets would not populate the proper number of packages to be sold on the customer portal.

  • Fixed an issue where recurring, multiple pet reservations would cause the “lodge together” note to duplicate.

  • Fixed an issue where missing immunization dates would show a “1969” date on the customer portal.

  • Fixed an issue where a lodging could be reassigned at check-in if certain keywords were used in for belongings.

  • Fixed an issue where multiple pet estimate invoices could show the incorrect amount prepaid on the estimates list of the owner’s details page.

  • Fixed an issue where customer records created from lead form submissions would not show on the New Customers report.

  • Fixed an issue on the Check Outs report where sorting would not organize data properly.

  • Fixed an issue where the Surveys report export would not include the same data as the Gingr report.

  • Fixed an issue where applying a package credit to a service type of a lower value than the credit would cause the package credit to show as redeemed against the service type and the reservation type.

  • Fixed an issue where a refund on an invoice with a paid deposit will auto-populate the refund amount for the reservation as the amount of the deposit paid.

  • Fixed an issue on the Icons Report where reservation dates would not display correctly.

  • Fixed an issue with the Daily Checklist report that could cause report data to change if running the report for historical dates.

  • Fixed an issue where the new details page layouts would show that all animals in a family were created at the same time even if they were not.

  • Fixed an issue where a $00.00 reservation with an unpaid deposit would show the “checkout with existing payments” button instead of the “checkout with no payment” button.

  • Fixed an issue on Admin pages where filtering a list of items and trying to delete an item would cause the delete button to disappear.

  • Fixed an issue on Admin pages where a user could make a change and go back to the list and the change would not be reflected until the page was refreshed.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented retail items with multiple quantities from being discounted fully by a negative open line item in the shopping cart.

  • Fixed an issue where pets with no vaccination records would show on Gingr’s Expired Vaccinations in-app report, but not on the report export.

  • Fixed an issue where the {estimate_url} variable would not work on the deposit-related emails.

  • Fixed an issue with slow load times on the Revenue by Date and End of Day Reports by paginating the full results sections and moving full results totals to the top of the report section.

  • Fixed an issue where medications with expiration dates in the past would still automatically charge if medication charge pricing rules exist.

  • Fixed an issue where service options added to a scheduled service after the initial time of booking were not accounted for in tip splits.

  • Added a filter to the deposits page to view deposits by reservation location.

  • Added an export option to the deposits page.

  • Improved performance of the Card Brand Breakdown section of the Revenue by Date Report.

  • Fixed an issue with the accuracy of a success message that would display when canceling multiple reservations.

  • Fixed an issue that would allow for the quick checkout of a 00.00 dollar reservation using a package credit.
