Our team has been monitoring email and SMS deliverability through the weekend and today and everything is functioning as expected since the fix implemented on Saturday, 1/9. Thank you for your patience.

Our team has identified an issue causing some email and SMS not to send for certain Gingr apps and we're working on a fix. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
