We have received reports that immunization shield icons are not populating as expected on pet profiles when a pet has immunizations with no date or no notes. Currently the recommended workaround is to enter a note for pets for all required immunizations and save, this will trigger the icon to populate. Please know that even though the immunization icon is not displaying for some pets, immunizations are functioning as expected with regards to booking creating, expired vaccinations report, and pet parent notifications. Our developers are currently investigating this issue. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
