Our hosting provider has resolved the root of the issue on their end and are currently working through the backlog of changes that were prevented from executing during this time. Gingr is continuing to monitor and will rollback our workaround once the issue is fully resolved on their end. We will post another update once complete.

    Update

Gingr has implemented a temporary workaround for this issue. The majority of users should no longer be experiencing a slow down in their application. Our hosting provider has just updated us that they have identified the root cause of the issue and are working to resolve it on their end. Investigating

Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, is reporting an issue with DNS resolution on their end. This is affecting multiple Gingr database clusters and user's ability to connect to them. Some Gingr users may be experiencing intermittent app slowdowns/timeouts at this time. Gingr is aware of the issue and working to resolve as quickly as possible. We will post another update in 15 minutes.
