Our team has identified that this issue may have been related to outages with our database hosting service. At this time all customers are able to access their applications with no issues. Thank you for your patience!

Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. The problem is not impacting all customers. For those who are affected, we have received some reports that the app is not accessible on a computer however it is able to be accessed on a mobile device. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
