Our development team has taken action to address the issue and we are continuing to monitor performance on this database cluster.

We are receiving reports that apps on a single database cluster are experiencing intermittent slowdowns in performance. This does not impact all Gingr users. Our development team is investigating. Another update to come when more information is available.
