At approximately 9:26 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

-Improved the reservation cancellation workflow to prompt the user to handle the reservations’ deposit if it was paid. This will allow the user to quickly forfeit or refund the deposit at the same time of cancellation.

-Improved the Cancellations by Date report to update the Debit Account option found on the report. This allows you to easily charge a customizable amount for cancelled reservations.

-Improved the app to use the Location timezone when creating reservations or appointments instead of the users’ current time. This improvement allows apps with multiple locations in different time zones to have more accuracy when their staff makes reservations and appointments from different time zones.

-Implemented a stored cart to allow users to retrieve carts started on one device on another without losing your place.

-Improved the Future Revenue Estimator report so that it can be run for date ranges up to 90 days. We improved the display of the report as well made some backend adjustments to improve how the report pulls estimate data. Additionally, we added the ability to refresh invoice data if system configuration (pricing rules, rates, etc) has been adjusted for future invoices.

-Improved the Open Invoices page to allow for location filtering. By default, the View Open Invoices page will show open invoices for your current location, giving you the option to view other location(s) invoices.

-Added a business-only opt in/out toggle on the Owner Details page for businesses to opt specific customers in or out of accumulating rewards points.

-Improved the payment modal to automatically adjust the Store Credit payment amount to the amount available to use on the account

-Added a # of Items count to the Account Codes section of the Revenue by Date and End of Day reports

-Resolved an issue with the Commission report where the Total Revenue Summary section did not correctly factor in refunded service options

-Resolved an issue that prevented the Same Day Cancellations report from being exported to excel.

-Improved the Open Invoices page to hide the “View on Map” button from the page if the app does not have a Google API Key entered.

-Added the invoice ID to the browser tab to allow users to easily see which invoice they are reviewing when they have multiple tabs open.

-Resolved an issue with the Tips report where the PDF and Export options would not pull data if the report was run prior to 8/1/2019.

-Improved the invoice display to better organize the data and display the information that users have let us know means the most.

-Resolved an issue with the Apply Payment button on the View Invoice page of the customer portal that was preventing it from working with certain setting configurations

-Adjusted the SMS Marketing usage flow to more accurately display the current billing cycles’ data

-Resolved an issue with bulk reservation cancellation from the Reservations by Date Range report that would cause cancellation emails not to be sent to owners
