We have received reports where some package credits are not loading for some customers when businesses attempt to apply them via Quick Checkout or in the shopping cart. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the defect. We will provide updates here as soon as more information is available. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality.

In affected cases:

  • Package credits may not appear, including credits purchased at the booking location.
  • Quick Checkout may briefly show package credits before they disappear.
  • If impacted, package credits cannot be applied to any booking.

Alternate Solutions Available If your business is affected, you can temporarily address the issue in one of the following ways:

Use a One-Time 100% Promotion

  • An admin can create a promotion specifically for this issue (clearly named for tracking).
  • Apply the promotion during checkout to discount the value of the missing package credit.
  • A user with permission to deduct credits can later review the Promotions by Date report and manually deduct the correct number of package credits from the package balance.

Adjust Cross-Location Credit Settings

  • Single-location apps: Toggle on the ability to apply credits across locations or use the promotion option above.
  • Multi-location apps wanting cross-location credits: Toggle on the ability to apply credits across locations or use the promotion option above.
  • Multi-location apps not wanting cross-location credits: Use the promotion option above.
