An application update is planned for Tuesday, October 17th with deployment starting at 11:00pm ET (9:00pm MT). This release focuses on the pet parent experience with updates to Customer Portal 2.0, Gingr for Pet Parents mobile app, and Gingr PreCheck. This release also includes updates to the business portal to support operational efficiency. Upon completion of the update, please review the release notes in your application and reach out to our Support Team if you need any assistance.
