Planned Maintenance

The feature update was completed at approximately 11:40 PM EDT on October 25th. Please see the release notes in your Gingr app for details on what was fixed.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

At approximately 11:00 PM ET 10/25/22, our development team will deploy an application update containing the following items:

• Fixed a typo in the Subscription Renewal Reminder System Email modal
• Fixed an issue where Subscription Renewals weren’t toggled on by default
• Fixed an issue where users cannot select service frequency date on iPad for a new scheduled service when creating or editing a reservation.
• Fixed an issue where open Availability was showing for any dates in 2023 and onward on the new version of the New Appointment Page.
• Fixed an issue where availability does not load in the calendar date picker when going back after skipping months on the new version of the New Appointment Page.
• Fixed an issue where users cannot click on appointment times on the new version of the New Appointment Page when the automatic date Selection feature is used.
• Fixed an issue where booking appointments from the Facility Calendar with the new version of the New Appointment Page does not allow appointment time selection.
• Fixed an issue where Report Card Action URL would link to the Legacy Customer Portal with Customer Portal 2.0 Enabled
• Fixed an issue with the Data Import Tool failing
• Fixed an issue where Delete Pricing Rules Group wasn’t deleting
• Updated Broadly Integration banner text
• Fixed an issue where Call Logs didn’t have an accurate time/date in Call Log Reports
• Fixed an issue where Marketing Campaigns were throwing errors when trying to add New Customers
• Fixed an issue where admins could no longer void invoices that were checked out with no payment
