Frequency: Moderate

Description: Occasionally a pet will go through the checkout process and payment will be applied to the invoice, but the pet will still be shown in the checked-in section on the Dashboard. This will require that the pet is checked out again and that payments are verified.

Example: When checking a pet’s reservation out in Gingr, I complete payment and checkout with the customer. Later, I see that the same pet’s reservation is still showing in the Checked In section on the Dashboard. When looking at the invoice for the pet’s reservation, I can see the payment that I collected earlier. When I re-add the pet’s reservation to the shopping cart, I am presented with a “Check Out with Existing Payments” button.
