A fix for this issue will be included as part of a system update that will take place tonight at approximately 9:00pm MST. We will provide an additional update once the fix has been released and verified.
Our development team is investigating reports of the Reservation Estimate Email action URL linking to an incorrect page. We are working to address this as quickly as possible.
Until this issue is resolved, we recommend directing pet parents to view estimates via the customer portal. You may choose not to send out estimate emails, or as a temporary workaround, the Reservation Estimate Email template can be modified to remove the estimate action URL and provide instructions for accessing the estimate in the customer portal.
