At approximately 9:26 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

-Created a new report called Refund Reasons. This report is intended to provide a breakdown of refunded items during a date range, separated by the refund reason selected. This report will only display refund reason information for refunds placed after April 2nd, 2020. Returns placed prior to April 2nd, 2020 will display as “No Reason” on this report.

-Added the ability to select all reservations from the Reservations by Date/Date Range reports for bulk cancellation.

-Improved the Specialist dropdown when creating/editing an Open Line Item type to include the commission percentage entered for that specialist to make it easier to tell what level of commission the line item will carry when sold.

-Adjusted the iDogCams webcam link on the customer portal so that this window cannot be bookmarked or saved by customers for later viewing outside the customer portal. This change was made specifically to prevent pet parents who had bookmarked webcam links from viewing them when their pets were not checked in at facilities that require it.

-Added a column for Cancellation Revenue Loss to the Cancellations by Date Range report to track the estimated revenue lost when a reservation is cancelled. Revenue is equivalent to the estimated charges associated with the pet’s reservation listed on their estimated invoice prior to cancellation. This value of cancellation revenue is something that we will only begin storing in your apps after the release of this feature, so you should only expect to see data in this column on the report for reservations cancelled after April 8th, 2020!

-Added an Additional Service setting to remember the duration of a service for a pet. If the “Remember last duration?” setting is enabled from Admin » Reservation Types and Services Configuration on a scheduled service, the system will remember the input service duration for the pet for their next service.
