At approximately 1:48 pm MDT, we received reports that some Gingr applications were inaccessible. Our development team immediately got in contact with our database hosting provider, Rackspace, and began investigating the issue. Approximately 1.9% of Gingr apps were affected. At approximately 2:24 pm MDT, a course of action was identified to mitigate the issue. At approximately 2:37 pm MDT, all affected applications were reported online and the issue was resolved.
