Investigating

We have received reports that some Gingr applications are seeing a degrade in functionality when using the Time Clock feature in Gingr. We are currently investigating the issue and our teams are working to address it as quickly as possible.

The issue seems to be isolated to when using the Time Clock camera feature. The current workaround is to disable the browser camera.

If you cannot disable their camera for other facility operations using the camera in the browser, manual addition of the shifts can be added to the Timeclock Report by a User with group permissions Can View Time Clock Report and Can Manage Time Clock Records enabled.

We will continue to post updates as we learn more.
