At approximately 9:26 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

  • Resolved an issue with the edit reservation window where creating a deposit while editing the reservation wouldn’t allow you to collect the deposit from the automatic prompt upon saving the reservation, requiring that you paid it elsewhere

-Added a Manage Deposit button to the Invoice view—this allows you to easily edit, collect, refund, or forfeit a deposit directly from the invoice view.

-Resolved an issue with coupons over-deducting and preventing checkout if applied in combination with package credits and applied to the entire cart instead of a single line item

-Improved the Admin » Tax Settings page to include on/off tax settings for all active reservation types, services, packages, retail items, and open line items in your app. This makes it easy to audit and troubleshoot tax settings.

-Resolved an invoice refresh issue where the invoice charges would not update if only one pet’s reservation was edited on an invoice and the start/end date were changed to no longer match their siblings. This issue did not affect checkout but could cause confusion when trying to collect prepayment.

-Updated the style of the Manage Rates tool on the Owner details page to match the Admin » Location Default Rates style

-Resolved an issue where tax could be charged twice on an estimate when applying prepayment, causing the invoice to become overpaid at checkout

-Updated the Account Codes admin page style
