An issue has been identified where specialist schedule overrides/edits are not saving properly for time-based or slot-based services, allowing services to be booked when there is no availability. The suggested temporary solution is to set capacity to 0 for slot-based appointments and to add an exception to the facility calendar for time-based appointments. We understand that this is a high priority issue leading up to the holiday and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
