Our hosting provider has resolved the root of the issue on their end and are currently working through the backlog of changes that were prevented from executing during this time. Gingr is continuing to monitor and will rollback our workaround once the issue is fully resolved on their end. We will post another update once complete.
Gingr's temporary workaround appears to have resolved the connectivity issues. All systems appear to be operating normally at this time.

Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, is reporting an issue with DNS resolution on their end. This is affecting multiple Gingr database clusters and user's ability to connect to them. Some Gingr users may be experiencing intermittent app slowdowns/timeouts at this time. Gingr is aware of the issue and working to resolve as quickly as possible. We will post another update in 15 minutes.
