At approximately 9:26 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

-Resolved an issue where invoices could make it through checkout without having a location assigned.

-Resolved an issue where rescheduling a slot-based service would reschedule the reservation’s end time as well as any other services on the reservation.

-Improved the Commission report to display both pre- and post-discount amounts for service prices, add-on prices, and commission amounts. The pre-discount price will now be displayed as struck-through, and the final price will display beside that. This gives users the ability to easily total up commission using both the pre- and post discount amount.

-Resolved an issue where deleting a feeding schedule type would not fully delete animal records for that type, causing “Feed: Feed” to display on animals run cards if they had previous schedules of the deleted type present.

-Resolved an issue that would cause endless loading when viewing the View All Owners or View All Animals pages if a system-field was tagged to show on those pages in addition to being on the page by default.

-Resolved an issue that allowed POS Items that have their status’ disabled to be added to reservations by scanning their barcodes onto the reservation.

-Resolved an issue with editing an Account Codes’ name that allowed the account code to be saved without both a Code and a Label entered.

-Resolved an issue that prevented the Delete Exception buttons from working on Pricing Rules. Changed the Default Location field results on the New Owner Record form to only include locations that have their “Status” setting turned on.

-Resolved an issue where files uploaded on the business side of the app would be displayed as “owner uploaded” on the version two Owner details page.

-Resolved a display issue with the version two Owner Details page on mobile where the action menu for the Agreements section hid some of the options in the drop-down menu.

-Implemented a 90-day date range limit on the Occupancy by Date report to improve performance.

-Resolved a display issue on the View Reservation Details page » Services section where the cost displayed for the service wouldn’t reflect the final price if a discount was applied.

-Resolved an issue where clicking the “View Message” action button on the Incoming SMS notification did not open up the conversation window.

-Resolved an issue where deactivating an animal didn’t correctly close out any future estimates for the pet.

-Resolved an issue that allowed an additional service to be saved without the required Interval field if the service was scheduled.

-Resolved an issue where the Occupancy totals were incorrect/inconsistent when viewed from the Manage Schedules page.

-Resolved an issue that would prevent the Merge Owners/Animals pages would not load in apps with a large number of records.

-Resolved a formatting issue with the Deposits Report when printed to PDF.

-Optimized POS Item search on the Sales Tax Report under the Tax Settings section of the report.

-Resolved an issue that would erroneously apply a package credit to a reservation if a user applied a package credit in the shopping cart and then edited the end date of the reservation.

-Resolved an issue that could cause a customer’s card on file to be charged multiple times if the user clicked the “Complete Checkout” button in the cart multiple times in very quick succession.

-Resolved an issue with Two Way SMS that would break a conversation if the user sent any combination of these symbols: < / >

-Resolved an issue with the Browse Retail window in the shopping cart and when adding items to reservations that would cause it to not load properly the first time it was attempted.

-Resolved an issue with the Tips report and how it displayed refunded tips. Tip refunds will now be displayed under their own section on the report, and the original sale of the tip will show a marker if it has been refunded. Refunding a tip has no effect on past transactional information or tip split data.

-Resolved a display issue with the Facility Calendar that would cause duplicate services to display if the user tabbed through the Month View.

-Improved the PDF version of the Medication Report to make it clear which notes the column represents between Animal-Level Medication Notes, Medication Schedule Notes for a specific schedule, and Administration Notes.
