When purchasing a subscription from the customer portal, the subscription terms and billing frequency will be displayed to the pet parent at the time payment is collected.
The subscription details displayed to pet parents in the customer portal will be updated to include instructions on how to contact the facility to cancel the subscription.
A new email template under Admin > System Email called 'Subscription Purchase Receipt' will provide pet parents with an automated emailed receipt at the time of each subscription purchase and renewal, including the subscription terms and instructions on how to contact the facility to cancel. This will be enabled by default and will not be able to be toggled off to ensure compliance. The template will be customizable, however the subscription terms and instructions for contacting the facility to cancel must remain in place.

This will be enabled by default and will not be able to be toggled off to ensure compliance. The template will be customizable, however the subscription terms and instructions for contacting the facility to cancel must remain in place.
