We've confirmed that the problem exists if the deposit was paid before August 1st. Our development team is working on a fix.

Frequency: Low

Description: When a family of pets have reservations and each pet has a deposit, there are certain cases of deposits not showing on an invoice for every single pet. The deposit will still properly consume and will properly record revenue on reports, but it will not be reflected in the totals on the impacted invoice.

Example: Two pets in a family are both boarding. The facility requires a deposit for each pet to be paid. When viewing the invoice, I can see both reservations, but only one paid deposit — even though both deposits were paid. When I look at my revenue and end of day reports, I can see both deposits were paid.
