We are investigating reports of an issue with PDF files sent to the shots.pet email address. Pet parents should be advised to upload PDF documents directly on the Customer Portal or provide the PDF to the business to upload from the business side. Veterinarians emailing the shots.pet address can send file types other than PDFs. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
