At approximately 9:26 pm MT, our development team completed an application update containing the following items (note that high priority issues which were independently listed on our status page are not listed here). If you are experiencing an issue, then reach out to our support team.

-Resolved an issue that would allow a slot-based appointment to be booked with 0 slots, which would cause endless load times on the facility calendar

-Laid the groundwork in the app to allow the use of Clover devices to process credit card transactions

-Resolved a rounding issue with sales tax and refunds that would cause the refund display to show that less tax was refunded than what was actually returned

-Updated the signup process for the Broadly integration on the Admin » Manage Gingr Subscription page

-Improved the Reservation by Date and Reservation by Date Range reports to include the option to cancel reservations in bulk

-Implemented a curbside pickup feature that will allow pet parents to text “Here” in response to your facilities’ SMS communication that will highlight their reservation in yellow on the dashboard.

Tip: Pet parents can reply to any automated or 2-way SMS with HERE to use this feature. To get the most out of this feature, try editing SMS templates like the Ready for Pickup SMS template to include information for your customers about “...reply with HERE when you're here and we will come to meet you outside.”

-Implemented a new “Customer Arrival” notification that prompts to alert you when a customer has responded to an SMS with HERE. These can be viewed from the bell icon in the top navigation bar. This notification can be enabled from Left-hand Navigation: Reports and More » Groups » Notification: Customer Arrival.
