An application update is planned for Wednesday, August 7th, with deployment starting at 11pm ET. You may experience service disruptions during deployment.

Some highlights of this release include:

New Recurring Booking SMS Template

  • When enabled, this SMS template replaces the New Reservation and New Appointment SMS when bookings are created in bulk.
  • The body of this message includes a link that takes the user to the Pet Parent portal where they can view all future bookings, including but not limited to the bookings created as part of the recurring booking workflow, associated with their account.

Promotions Enhancements

  • View and manage Promotions with ease on the updated grid on the Manage Promotions page.
  • Archive Promotions that are no longer needed in the system.
  • Apply multiple promotions when creating and editing bookings in the business portal.
  • Allow pet parents to apply multiple promotions in Customer Portal 2.0 and Gingr for Pet Parents Mobile App.
