Frequency: Low

Description: In some cases, a reservations' invoice will show be stuck the "Estimate" state after checking out. This causes cancellations to not appropriately zero out and can cause payments to be reported as prepayments on revenue reporting.

Example: A customer of mine prepaid for a reservation but now needs to cancel. After canceling the reservation, I can see that the top of the invoice still shows "Estimate". Because it is still an estimate, I cannot yet refund the prepayment until I contact Gingr support.
