CardConnect is still working to resolve the issues with the Clover Flex continuously unbolting. While they work to resolve this issue, they have opted to temporarily pull the Flex from their available products and are offering to swap any Flex experiencing issues for a Clover Mini.

The CardConnect team has identified an issue with the Clover where the terminal will read unbolted on and off throughout the day and prevent clients from processing transactions on the terminal. The issue has been isolated to the Flex terminal at this time, but if you have a Mini and are experiencing issues, reach out to our support team. If experiencing this issue, processing transactions via card on file or manual entry will still be available.
