If you have recently purchased or rented a Clover Flex terminal for Gingr through CardConnect, please be aware of the important action needed below.

A firmware update has been released to address an issue where the terminal would unexpectedly unbolt, even when it was properly connected to the internet. In order to ensure that your device received the firmware update, we recommend rebooting your device. You can do that by completing the following steps:

  1. Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Reboot.
  3. Tap Reboot again when prompted with the message Do you want to reboot? The Clover device will power off momentarily, then turn on on its own when it is ready to proceed.

As always, please let us know if you have any issues or if restarting your device does not resolve the unbolting issue.
