The issue with Estimated Arrival Dates on the Payouts tab in the Gingr Payments Dashboard has been identified and a solution will be released in our next update later this month.
We have identified an issue affecting the Gingr Payments Dashboard where the Payouts tab may display an incorrect Estimated Arrival Date and payout status.
This is a display-only issue; actual payouts are processing under the expected timeline.
Please note that there is a separate incident on this Status page where some US merchants may have a payout delay on 11/5/25.
Our development team is working towards a fix and will provide an update once more information is available.
