We are currently investigating an issue affecting WisePOS E terminal connections for Gingr Payments merchants. Impacted businesses may be unable to connect to their terminals.
Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal terminal functionality as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, Gingr Payments transactions can still be completed using cards saved on file or via manual card entry.
