We have resolved the issue causing the calendar date picker on the New Appointment page to display availability incorrectly. The system is currently recovering, and we are actively monitoring to ensure full stability.
If you are experiencing issues with the display of your Facility Calendar, toggling the Show/Hide filters (reservations, services, and notices) or adjusting other filters such as specialists and booking categories may help restore expected visibility. If issues persist, please contact Support for further assistance.
We are currently investigating issues affecting the Facility Calendar and New Appointment page.
Some users report that existing services are not displaying on the Facility Calendar (both New and Legacy views). Additionally, the calendar date picker on the New Appointment page may incorrectly show all dates as fully booked, even when availability exists. Appointments can still be booked via the New Appointment page, as availability displays correctly after selecting a specific date.
