The issue with memberships that did not renew between January 16th and today has been resolved. Memberships that should have renewed during this time are being processed.
Any memberships that were cancelled will not be renewed.
No additional actions are needed at this time. We will provide another update when all memberships have been renewed.
We have received reports that memberships set to auto-renew starting January 16th or after have not processed. Memberships created on or after the 16th have processed as expected. As a result, pet parents whose memberships did not renew will not have benefits available on their accounts.
Our team has identified the issue and is working towards a solution. No action is needed on your part at this time. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
