An application update is planned for Wednesday, September 10th, with deployment starting at 9pm MT (11pm ET).

Deployment may take up to 4 hours to complete. Some users may experience brief periods of lag or slow load times during the deployment window.

Highlights of this release include:

  • New Evaluations Feature: Gingr now offers a comprehensive Evaluation feature to easily direct pet parents to book required evaluations and record a pet’s eligibility for services.
  • Streamlined Booking Experience for Pet Parents: We have improved the booking request workflow to ensure that pet parents can easily request the correct bookings for their pets in the customer portal and Gingr for Pet Parents mobile app.
  • Packages for Services: Businesses now have the option to easily configure packages and subscriptions with credits for services, like enrichment, private playtimes, training lessons, and baths.
