📝 Agreement Updates

  • Resolved an issue where pet parents who were not logged in to the pet parent portal were redirected to the login page when accessing an agreement link sent via SMS. Pet parents can now open and sign agreements directly from the SMS link without needing to log in first.
  • Resolved an issue where agreements sent via SMS displayed the reservation type description instead of the actual agreement text when tied to specific reservation types. Customers now correctly see the intended agreement content when receiving the link via SMS.

📅 Booking Updates

  • Resolved an issue that prevented pet parents from proceeding when selecting times for non-Specialist scheduled services with a frequency other than Once. Pet parents can now successfully add services when requesting bookings.
  • Resolved an issue in the Business Portal where reselecting the reservation end time could display hours from both the start and end dates, allowing users to select times outside the configured Hours of Operation. End times now correctly reflect only the hours for the selected end date.

🔧 Other Updates

  • Resolved an issue where package subscriptions were renewing progressively later in the day for businesses with a large volume of subscriptions renewing on the same date, causing packages to be unavailable at checkout.
