We've now resolved the incident. This temporary loss of access to the Reservations tab within Gingr apps was the result of system maintenance that has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
We are currently investigating an issue where if the Reservation tab on an Owner and/or Animal profile is selected, the tab does not always complete loading. Our team is actively investigating and will provide updates as soon as possible.
While our team investigates, an alternate solution is to navigate to: Left-hand Navigation: Clock icon > View All Reservations and search by owner name to view the reservations.
