Highlights of this release include:

🔐 Limit User Actions by Location

Restrict users to perform actions only at their assigned locations, giving you greater operational control across multi-location businesses.

🐶 Membership Improvements

Prorate Membership benefits based on the enrollment date, so pet parents only pay for and receive what they can actually use. We have also improved how credits and special pricing benefits are applied to invoices and deducted from pet parent accounts.

💻 Digital Whiteboard Update

Choose whether pets appear on the Digital Whiteboard after checkout.

📹 Webcam Enhancements

We’ve added PB&J TV to our growing list of webcam integrations and enhanced the iDogCam and abcKam integrations for better multi-location support.

🛠️ Key Fixes & Improvements

  • We’ve addressed several issues across the platform to improve stability and accuracy, including:
  • Updating the Sales Receipt.
  • Improving the Active Subscription and Cancelled Subscription Reports.
  • Resolving display and booking issues in the Pet Parent Portal.
  • Requiring pet parents and business users to enter complete phone numbers to ensure no disruptions to communications.
  • Resolving percent-based deposits not displaying on bookings in the Requested tab.
