More Flexible Way to Build Packages

Multi-Component Packages allow you to bundle credits for reservations and services into a single offering. A new configuration wizard simplifies setup and supports scheduled rate changes. These updates provide pet parents a cleaner buying experience while helping your team manage packages with less manual work.

Location-Specific Agreements

You can now assign specific locations to Agreements. When a pet parent signs, Gingr records the location automatically. This gives your team better visibility and helps ensure customers always sign what’s required for the right location.

New Option to Streamline Search Results

Multi-location teams can enable a setting that limits search results to the user’s current location. This helps staff quickly find the right owners and pets, especially during high-volume days.

More Control Over Store Credit

A new setting allows store credit to be used only at the location where it was purchased, offering clearer financial tracking across multiple sites.

Employee Notes Improvements

Employee Notes now automatically capture the user’s current location when a note is created. Notes and reports can be filtered by location, making it easier for managers and staff to understand activity across facilities.

Owner & Pet Profile Tab Updates Owner and pet profile tabs now include an updated multi-select location field. This improves the experience across Reservations, Deposits, Invoices, Report Cards, Agreements, and other records.

More Control Over Evaluation Results

Your business can now decide whether evaluation results apply to a single location or to all locations. This gives multi-location organizations flexibility in how they track and share evaluation outcomes.

Stability Fixes Across the App

We’ve included membership corrections, pet parent portal improvements, checkout updates, and other fixes designed to smooth out daily workflows and reduce friction during your busiest season.
