We are aware of an issue affecting password resets for some users whose passwords have expired. Impacted users may encounter a blank or continuously loading screen when attempting to reset their password or log in.
Our team is investigating this issue and working to restore normal password reset functionality as soon as possible.
To prevent being locked out, we strongly recommend that users update their passwords before they expire. Passwords can be updated anytime under Reports & More > Users > Edit User.
If a user is already locked out, another team member with user management permissions can reset their password from Reports & More > Users > Edit User, or you can contact Gingr Support for assistance.
