We've now resolved this issue. Thanks for your patience.
This issue has been identified and allocated for development work. Our team is working to resolve this in an upcoming release. If there is a package with an incorrect expiration date then you can edit the expiration date by editing the package from the owners' profile. Please reach out to our support team if you need assistance identifying impacted subscriptions.
We are investigating reports of monthly package subscriptions that start on the 1st of the month receiving an expiration date later than as configured (61 days instead of 30 days). This is impacting subscriptions that start on the 1st of a month that only have 30 calendar days. Impacted subscriptions can be identified via the Active Subscriptions Report and can be edited to adjust the expiration date.
Please reach out to our Support Team if you need assistance identifying impacted subscriptions. We will provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this.
