We are pleased to share that a fix for the recent issues with recurring reservations will be included as part of a system update that will take place tonight beginning at 9pm MST. We will provide an additional update once the fix has been released and verified.
We have received reports that recurring reservations cannot be booked from the business side of Gingr either by selecting “Add Recurring Dates” or “Add Another Reservation”. Customers can still create recurring reservations on the Customer Portal, so the recommended workaround is to impersonate the customer's account and create the reservations on their behalf. Recurring and additional appointments are not affected. Our developers have identified the issue and are working to resolve this. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
